All other categories of data exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.

Types of SMS Communications: If you have consented to receive text messages from Bruce Wilson Photography, you may receive messages related to the following 

• Conversation External
• Conversation between employees

Example Message: “Hello, this is a friendly reminder of your upcoming appointment with Bruce Wilson Photography on [Date] at [Time]. You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging from Bruce Wilson Photography at any time.”

Message Frequency Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. You may receive up to 4 SMS messages per week regarding your appointments, orders, or account status.

Image Use, Galleries & Additional Studio Policies

Image Use

As a professional photography studio, images created during portrait sessions may be used for our studio portfolio, website, social media, marketing materials, and studio displays.

If you prefer that your images not be used for marketing purposes, please notify us in writing, and we will respect your request whenever possible.

Online Galleries

Some client images may be delivered through password-protected online galleries. You are responsible for keeping gallery passwords private.

Payment Information

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment systems. We do not store full credit card information on our servers.

Payment Terms & Fees

We accept cash, check, ACH bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards.

A 3% convenience fee will be added to all credit and debit card transactions to cover processing costs. This fee is clearly shown before you complete payment. Payments made via ACH bank transfer or check are not subject to this fee.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information through secure storage, password-protected systems, and trusted service providers. However, no online transmission or storage system is 100% secure.

Your Rights

You may request to:

• Review your personal information
• Update or correct your contact information
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails or SMS/text messages (reply STOP to any text message, or contact us)
• Request deletion of your information from our records (subject to legal obligations)
