Today, Diana caught me in the parking lot as I was delivering a portrait for tomorrow’s memorial of Bruce DeBord. He has been a very good friend of our family since high school. So much so, we refer to him as “Uncle Bruce”.


Uncle Bruce is now home, reunited with his parents and brothers. As I looked at the portrait, a flood of emotions came over me. No more lunches at Cracker Barrel, no more conversations filled with wisdom and laughter. He was truly a great man to talk with.

Please continue to pray for Aunt Norma, Ken, Janette, Jance, and the entire family—that they may find peace and strength during this diffi culttime.


As believers, we find comfort in knowing he is now home. The portraits we created of the family are now priceless treasures.

You will be deeply missed, Uncle Bruce.

Well done, good and faithful servant. Until we meet again.
